摘要
通过对数字化制造设备信息采集技术方案的描述,说明构建DNC系统的目的和意义;分析国内外构建DNC系统的技术现状和存在的问题,介绍针对不同数控系统进行数据采集的原理、技术路线和方法,提出了必要的改进措施和建议。
The purpose&the significance of building DNC ( Direct Numerical Control or Distributed Numerical Control ) system were shown through describing the data acquisition project for digital manufacture equipment. The technology state and existing prob?lems of building DNC system at home and abroad were analyzed. The principium&methods of data acquisition for different NC systems were introduced, and some improvement measures were raised.
