基于FLUENT的滴灌阀的结构设计和流场分析

摘要 提出一种滴灌阀结构,详细分析其工作原理。计算了理论开启压力,建立其三维模型,并运用FLUENT完成了流场仿真分析,得到了滴灌阀流道的压力分布云图和速度分布云图。仿真结果表明:滴灌阀结构合理,满足设计性能指标要求。 Based on the proposed structure of a drip?valve, its operation principle was analyzed in detail. The theoretical opening pressure of the drip?valve was calculated. Then the simulation analysis to its flow field was completed with FLUENT after its 3D model was built. The contours of pressure and velocity of the drip?valve’ s flow field were gotten. It is shown that the structure of the drip?valve is reasonable and it can meet the design performance requirements.
