摘要
针对老旧平面磨床的备件更换困难以及磨床出现的能耗点过多等问题,采用较为简单的方式对液压系统进行改造,减少能耗泄漏和提高备件的可替换性;同时使用液压系统仿真软件AMEsim对改造后的系统进行动态仿真,模拟液压系统在工作状态下的压力特性曲线及速度曲线,发现液压系统运行平稳。
By studying the old surface grinder which spare parts are difficult to change and the energy leakage points are many, a relatively simple way was used to transform the hydraulic system, to reduce energy consumption and improve the interchangeablity of spare parts. At the same time, a dynamic simulation to the transformationable system was made by using hydraulic system simulation software AMESim, getting the simulation curves of hydraulic system pressure and speed in working condition. The curves prove the tansformated hydraulic system is feasible.
