摘要
变速泵原有的结构形式为板式结构外置于变速箱,具有结构简单、紧凑、安装方便、外接油管少的优点,但是存在过早严重刮壳、噪声大、可靠性差、使用寿命短等问题,直接影响主机的使用性能。对一种变速泵进行改进,将其内置于变速箱内,增加了与传递轴的定位轴承,避免了壳体早期刮削,有效降低了噪声,延长了使用寿命。并且把出油口溢流阀和变矩器背压阀组合到变速泵上,使其结构更简单、紧凑,除了具有吸油压油、将机械能转化为液压能的一般功能,还具有控制变速箱液压系统压力和变矩器工作压力的功能。为了验证该结构是否达到设计要求和性能要求,设计制造了配套的试验台,可在实验室中实现泵、阀的性能评估。
Early variable speed pump has advantages including simple structure, compact, easy to install, less external tubing which is the board structure outside the gearbox, but the disadvantages are early grinding pump casing, noisy, poor reliability, shorter life etc, affecting the performance of the host. A variable pump structure was improved, which was placed inside the transmission. A lo?cating bearing was increased, so the casing scraper was weakened, the noise was reduced and service life could be prolonged. At the same time, the oil outlet relief valve and the converter back pressure valve were combinated to the gear pump, so its structure became more simple and compact. Besides having the functions of hydraulic oil suction, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, it had the functions of controlling gearbox hydraulic system pressure and torque converter working pressure. In order to verify whether the designed structure met performance requirements, a matching test bench was designed and manufactured, enabling performance evalua?tion to pumps and valves in lab.
