基于VB6.0的电解加工机床控制系统设计与实现

摘要 为实现电解加工机床自动控制,提高加工精度,针对复杂零件电解加工控制要求,设计了控制系统。采用PC机、数据采集卡和运动控制卡等硬件实现集成控制,并采用VB6.0软件平台对主控制系统软件进行设计,主要包括软件控制界面的设计、伺服驱动器参数的设置和单轴独动、多轴联动的控制程序设计,并根据实际应用添加手动加工、自动加工和故障诊断等功能。最后,通过基于该控制系统软件的加工实验,评估工具阴极的进给定位精度和试件的加工质量情况,以确保软件运行的可靠性和稳定性。实验结果表明:工具阴极的进给定位精度能够达到±0.005 mm,试件加工后的缝宽尺寸为0.278 mm,满足尺寸精要求,反映出控制系统可靠性高、稳定性好。 To achieve electrochemical machining machine tool automatic control and improve the machining precision, the control system was designed according to the complex parts control requirements of electrochemical machining. The main control system imple?mented the integrated control by using PC, DAQ card, motion card and other hardware, and the main control system software was de?signed by the software platform VB6?0, mainly including the design of the software control interface, servo drive parameters settings and the control program design on uniaxial and multi?axis movement, also manual processing, automatic processing , fault diagnosis and other functions were added according to the practical application. Finally, to ensure the reliability and stability of the software, pro?cessing experiment based on the control system was used to evaluate the feeding and positioning accuracy of the tool cathode and the machining quality of the specimens. The experiment results show that the feeding and positioning accuracy of the tool cathode can be a?chieved ±0?005 mm and the dimension of slit width is 0?278 mm, which meet the requirements of the dimensional precision and reflect the control system with high reliability and good stability.
