摘要
社会工作专业的发展需要一大批职业化、高水平的专业人才队伍。高校应充分挖掘自身的优势,加强与地方政府、社会服务机构、社区的合作,合理安排培训内容,探索新形势下专业人才继续教育模式,努力培养一支高水平、高素质的职业化的社会工作专业人才队伍。
Professional development needs a large number of professional social work and a high level professional talent team. Institutions of higher learning should fully exert their own advantages, find out the specialty, and strengthen cooperation with local government, social service agencies and community cooperation. They should also arrange reasonable training content to explore the professional personnel's continuing education mode, and to build a high level, high quality team of professional social work.
