基于指数测评模型的古城游客满意度研究——以凤凰古城为例

Research on Tourist Satisfaction with Ancient City Based on Index Measuring Model: A Case Study of Phoenix Town

近年来,古城旅游发展迅速,掀起了一场复"古"潮流,测评其游客满意度指数有助于该类型旅游地的游客满意度提高和旅游业可持续发展。通过构建古城游客满意度指数测评模型,并对典型古城旅游目的地——凤凰古城进行实证分析,认为其游客综合满意度较高,但在突发事件应急系统及效率、交通状况等方面较低。根据凤凰古城旅游发展中存在的问题,提出古城旅游地发展的一般对策,即要注重游客体验阶段,完善相关设施,深度挖掘人文内涵。

Since ancient city tourism develops fast in recent years,measuring tourist satisfaction index becomes conducive to the upgrade of tourist satisfaction and sustainable development of tourism industry. This paper structures index measuring model of tourist satisfaction degree for ancient city and analyses Phoenix Town which is a typical ancient city of tourism destination. Phoenix Town gets high marks on tourist satisfaction,but lowmarks on emergency system and efficiency,traffic and so on. According to the problems existing in the development of Phoenix Town,this paper puts forward some suggestions that the ancient cities should pay attention to the tourist experience,improve related facilities and cultural connotation.
