基于多层次模糊综合评价的路用基层材料甄选分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对水泥、石灰稳定集料及离子加固土等常用筑路基层材料,综合考虑材料的可获得性、施工要求、耐久性、承载能力、能耗、环保性、材料经济费用和使用寿命8种影响因素,在建立决策指标的层次结构及评价指标的模糊关系矩阵的基础上,通过层次分析法构建了基层材料选择的多层次模糊综合评价模型,并由模糊数学运算得到了不同材料的综合性能排序,进而提出了路用基层材料选择的最佳方案.多层次模糊综合评价模型的评价指标易于量化,准确性高,适用于解决多因素影响下基层材料的选择问题.研究成果为路用基层材料的合理选择提供了理论基础与技术保障. Taking into account seven regular base materials including cement stabilized soil, lime treated soil and ionic soil stabilizer solidified soil, ect, it was discussed the optimal choosing plan of base materials uti-lized in road building based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Firstly, the hierarchical structure of decision index and the fuzzy relation matrix of evaluation index were established in terms of materi-al availability, construction requirements, load capacity, durability, energy consumption, environment protec-tion, material cost and service life, etc.Secondly, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of base materials selection was built by analytic hierarchy process.Finally, based on the comprehensive evalua-tion model, the comprehensive performance of the different materials was analyzed to provide the optimal selec-tion plan of the different base materials.The results demonstrated that the evaluation indexes of the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive model were accurate and easy to be quantified, which would be utilized to solve the prob-lem of the road base material selection influenced by multiple factors.The research provided the technical sup-port to the choice of the road base materials.
