Self-taught Examination is a higher education system with Chinese characteristics, it is the inevitable way of the higher education development in China, and also the important part for promoting the development of lifelong education. Strengthen Self-taught Examination learning media construction, adapt to the information network development trend initiatively, is not only to the effective way to improve the self learning support content and mode, but also can break the bottleneck for its development in higher education popularity.
