摘要
目的考察影响骆驼蓬总生物碱壳聚糖纳米粒粒径的因素。方法离子凝胶法制备骆驼蓬总生物碱壳聚糖纳米粒,然后根据单因素与正交试验,考察壳聚糖、三聚磷酸钠、吐温-80、p H及搅拌时间对其粒径大小的影响。结果最优条件为壳聚糖质量浓度1 mg/m L、三聚磷酸钠用量6 mg、吐温-80用量15 mg、pH 4、搅拌时间0.5 h,所得纳米粒平均粒径为(95±1.5)nm,Zeta电位为+(26±1.5)m V。结论该条件稳定、合理、具有可行性。
AIM To investigate the influencial factors on the chitosan nanoparticle size of Peganum harmala total alkaloid. METHODS Ionotropic gelation method was applied in the preparation of P. harmala total alkaloid chitosan nanoparticles. The single factor and orthogonal design were involved in determining the effects of chitosan,sodium tripolyphosphate,Tween-80,p H and stirring time on their size. RESULTS Being( 95 ± 1. 5) nm in mean diameter and( 26 ± 1. 5) m V in Zeta potential,the nanoparticles found their optimum process conditions at1 mg / m L chitosan,6 mg sodium tripolyphosphate,15 mg Tween-80,p H 4,and 0. 5 h stirring time. CONCLUSION The aforementioned optimal conditions for the preparation of P. harmala total alkaloid chitosan nanoparticles are stable,reasonable and feasible.
