摘要 目的建立同时测定关东丁香Syringa veutina Kom叶挥发油中芳樟醇、α-松油醇、突厥酮和棕榈酸的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)方法。方法挥发油分析采用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱(250μm×30 m×0.25μm),程序升温;进样口温度250℃;体积流量3.0 m L/min;进样量1μL;分流比60∶1。结果从中共分离出62个峰,鉴定出39种化合物,占挥发油总量的78.51%。芳樟醇、α-松油醇、突厥酮、棕榈酸分别在0.003~0.03 mg/m L、0.001 04~0.010 4 mg/m L、0.001 96~0.019 6 mg/m L、0.005 68~0.056 8 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.4%、99.2%、99.4%、99.5%,RSD分别为1.0%、1.4%、1.2%、1.0%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可为关东丁香叶挥发油的质量控制提供依据。 AIM To establish a method for simultaneously determining linalool,α-terpineols,damascenone and cetylic acid in the leaves of Syringa veutina Kom volatile oil by gas chromatographies-mass spectrum( GC-MS).METHODS The analysis of volatile oil was performed on HP-5MS capillary vessel column( 250 μm × 30 m ×0. 25 μm) with programming temperature,injector temperature was 250 ℃,flow rate was 3. 0 m L / min,injection volume was 1 μL,and split ratio was 60 ∶ 1. RESULTS Total 62 peaks were isolated,and 39 compounds were identified,accounting for 78. 51% in total volatile oil. Linalool,α-terpineol,damascenone and cetylic acid showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 0. 003-0. 03 mg / m L,0. 001 04-0. 010 4 mg / m L,0. 001 96-0. 019 6 mg / m L and 0. 005 68-0. 056 8 mg / m L respectively,whose average recoveries were 99. 4%,99. 2%,99. 4% and 99. 5%with the RSDs of 1. 0%,1. 4%,1. 2% and 1. 0%,respectively. CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can provide a basis for the quality control of the leaves of Syringa veutina Kom volatile oil.
