关苍术、白术及苍术血中移行成分的比较

Comparison of the constituents absorbed into blood in Atractylodes japonica,Atractylodis macrocephalae and Atractylodes Lancea

目的比较关苍术、白术及苍术的血中移行成分。方法 HPLC法比较空白血清、含药血清和甲醇提取液的色谱峰,确定灌服关苍术、白术、苍术提取物后大鼠血中移行成分。结果以240 nm为紫外检测波长时,关苍术和白术药材中有3个相似成分进入血液;以340 nm为紫外检测波长时,有1个相似成分。结论关苍术的血中移行成分和白术比较接近,而与苍术有较大差异。

AIM To compare the constituents absorbed into the blood in Atractylodes japonica,Atractylodis macrocephalae and Atractylodes Lancea. METHODS HPLC was applied to comparing the difference in chromatogram peaks of blank serum,medicated serum and methanol extract. Then the constituents absorbed into blood in rats were identified after intragastric administration with Atractylodes japonica,Atractylodis macrocephalae and Atractylodes Lancea extracts. RESULTS There were three similar constituents absorbed into the blood in Atractylodes japonica and Atractylodis macrocephalae at 240 nm,while there was one at 340 nm. CONCLUSION The constituents absorbed into the blood in Atractylodes japonica are relatively similar to those in Atractylodis macrocephalae,but obviously different from those in Atractylodes Lancea.
