摘要
介绍了X80Q钢级海洋桩腿支撑管的化学成分和设计方案;归纳了生产过程中的工艺控制要点,通过试验确定其最佳热处理工艺;并评定其力学性能和焊接工艺。试验结果表明:以低C含Mn钢为基础,加入Cr、Mo、Ni、V、Ti、Nb等微合金元素可提高X80Q钢级海洋桩腿支撑管的强度,细化晶粒,降低其过热敏感性;在淬火温度930℃、回火温度625℃时,其组织均匀、晶粒细小;产品力学性能和焊接性能较好,能满足用户要求。
Elaborated in the paper are the chemical composition and design scheme of the X80Q steel tube used as the offshore platform leg support. The key process control points for manufacture of the tube are summarized, and the best heat treatment process is determined via relevant tests. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of and welding process for the tube are evaluated. The test results lead to such a conclusion that with low C and Mncontaining steel as the base material, and owing to addition of micro-alloy elements namely, Cr, Mo, Ni, V, Ti and Nb, the strength of the tube is enhanced, and its grains are refined to reduce its thermal sensitivity. With 930 ℃ quench temperature and 625 ℃ temper temperature, the tube possesses homogeneous microstructure and fine grains. Moreover, both the mechanical properties and welding performance of the tube are good, and satisfactory to the customer requirements.
