摘要 介绍了无缝钢管热处理的目的、常用热处理工艺和热处理制度,以及热处理工艺流程、平面布置的选择方法和设备选型的基本原则;分析了热处理设备的工作原理、优缺点及其适用范围。为企业投资者和从事相关专业的技术人员提供参考。根据热处理产品大纲来确定热处理工艺平面布置及设备选型;根据企业现有条件进一步优化设计方案,使热处理工艺制度、工艺设备配置达到最佳。 Described in the article are the main aspects of heat treatment of the seamless steel tube, including the purpose, the common-used processes and schemes, the process flow, methods for layout determination as well as the general principle for equipment type selection, etc. Analyzed are the work principles, advantages and disadvantages, and application scopes of different pipe heat treatment facilities, offering references for investors and professionals engaged in such field. The layout and equipment type selection of the steel pipe heat treatment fine should be determined according to the product mix. Based on the actual production conditions, the pipe maker should further optimize the design plan so as to get the best process scheme and process equipment configuration of the pipe heat treatment line.
