摘要
目的:建立同时测定壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ODS,流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为5μl。结果:紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷检测进样量线性范围分别为0.71~3.55(r=0.999 7)、1.62~8.10μg(r=0.999 8);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD〈3%;加样回收率试验分别为100.8%~104.9%(RSD=1.7%,n=6)、96.0%~100.8%(RSD=2.2%,n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好,可用于壮药愈疡散中紫丁香苷和长梗冬青苷含量的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder. METHODS:HPLC was performed on the column of Agilent ODS with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 5 μl. RESULTS:The linear range was 0.71-3.55 μg for syringin(r=0.999 7)and 1.62-8.10 μg for pedunculoside(r=0.999 8), respectively; RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%; recoveries were100.8%-104.9%(RSD=1.7%,n=6)and 96.0%-100.8%(RSD=2.2%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,stable and reproducible,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of syringinand and pedunculoside in Zhuang medicine Yuyang powder.
