摘要 伴有(4;14)易位的多发性骨髓瘤是高危多发性骨髓瘤之一。文章对其病理生理基础、现有的治疗手段以及疗效进行综述,强调多发性骨髓瘤分层的重要性,为临床医师深入理解这一类型的诊治奠定基础。 Multiple myeloma with t （4; 14） was a unique subtype of myeloma.This artide gives a review from the etiulog35 pathogenesis and treatment of this subtype, emphasizing the importance of risk stratification and the optimal treatment.
