摘要 静脉血栓栓塞症（VTE）是当今第三大心血管疾病,年发病率为（100-200）/10万。VTE包括深静脉血栓形成（DVT）和肺栓塞（PE）两大类疾病,其中急性肺栓塞（APE）是VTE最严重的临床表现类型,是死亡、住院等不良临床事件的主要原因。欧洲6个国家一项大规模临床流行病学调查显示,2004年约有31.7万人死于VTE相关疾病,其中34%的患者因APE猝死,而高达55%的患者死于生前未能确诊的APE.
