摘要
系统地研究了乳液型有机硅防水剂和粉体型有机硅防水剂对砂浆工作性能、力学性能和防水性能的影响。结果表明:粉体型有机硅防水剂更有利于提高砂浆的防水性能,当其掺量为1.6%时,砂浆吸水量比为35.5%,透水压力比≥300%;有机硅防水剂对砂浆流动度影响较小,但是会降低砂浆的凝结速度、抗折强度和抗压强度。
In this paper,the influence of emulsion type organo-silicon waterproofing agent and powder type organosilicon waterproofing agent on the working performance,mechanical and waterproof properties of the mortar were studied.The results show that powder type organo-silicon waterproofing agent could improve mortar waterproof property better,mortar water absorption ratio is 35.5%and penetration pressure ratio is more than 300%when the content of organo-silicon waterproofing agent is 1.6%,organo-silicon waterproofing agent has little effect on the mortar fluidity but could decrease the condensation rate,flexural strength and compressive strength of mortar.
