反向平衡法兰热点应力幅实测及有限元分析 被引量:4

FIELD TEST AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF HOT SPOT STRESS RANGE OF THE REVERSE BALANCED FLANGE

摘要 反向平衡法兰作为一种新型大直径钢管结构连接节点,近年来在风力发电塔结构中得到了大量应用。通过实测风力发电塔运行荷载和反向平衡法兰各焊缝处的热点应力幅,采用有限元方法对反向平衡法兰进行疲劳热点应力分析。研究表明:有限元分析结果与实测结果一致;法兰板与筒壁上焊缝是焊接疲劳分析的关键位置;实测热点应力幅小于极限疲劳强度,有限元计算疲劳设计热点应力均小于52.63 MPa,反向平衡法兰焊缝疲劳性能满足要求。 As a new-type connection for large diameter steel tubes,the reverse balanced flange has been widely used in wind power tower structure in recent years. The field test method was used to measure operation loads of wind power tower, and hot spot stress of reverse balanced flange. The finite element method was then employed to study hot spot stress of the reverse balanced flange. The research showed that the finite element analysis results agreed well with the field test results. More attention should be paid to the position of the upper welded line jointing flange plate and steel cylinder wall. The hot spot stress range tested was less than the ultimate fatigue strength ; the design values of the hot spot stress of the reverse balanced flange were all less than 52. 63 MPa; the weld fatigue performance of the reverse balanced flange could satisfy the requirement.
