双管喉罩在老年患者开胸手术拔管期的应用 被引量:7

摘要 开胸手术中常应用双腔气管插管全身麻醉,以安全隔离双肺,同时行单肺通气,但患者在苏醒期由于双腔气管导管对气管和支气管强烈刺激,可引起血流动力学变化,尤其在拔管时出现呛咳、躁动等不良反应[1],甚至在老年患者,引起术后出血、心脑血管意外等严重后果。喉罩插入操作简单、容易,插入时不刺激气管、支气管,对内分泌系统影响轻微,具有患者循环波动小、耐受性好等优点。
