溜井溜放矿相似试验平台的研制与应用 被引量:13

摘要 溜井内矿石的运移特征,是制定溜井结构优化、井壁检修和生产管理方案的重要依据。而通过溜井现场溜放矿试验获得溜井内矿石的运移特征因制约因素多而难以实现,为此,研发了集溜放矿模拟系统、数据采集系统和数据分析系统于一体的溜井溜放矿相似试验平台,实现溜放矿全过程的模拟和数据的高效处理与分析。以该试验平台进行溜放矿相似试验,得到的试验结果与实测数据一致。试验结果表明,该试验平台适用于溜放矿相似试验研究,为研究溜井内矿石运移特征提供了一种有效的方法。 The motion characteristic of ore is an important basis on making schemes of structure optimization, shaft lining maintenance and production management of ore-pass. However, it's difficult to master the motion characteristic of ore by the field tests of ore slipping and drawing, which exists many restrictions. Therefore, a similarity test platform of ore slipping and drawing, which was composed of ore slipping and drawing simulation system, data acquisition system and data analyzing system, was developed to realize simulation, management and analysis during the whole process of ore slipping and drawing. The similarity test of ore slipping and drawing was conducted based on the test platform, and the test results were consistent with the measured data. Test results showed that the test platform was suited for the similarity study of ore slipping and drawing, which provided an effective way to study the ore motion characteristic in orepass.
