防止地下水渗漏是地下工程施工的重点和难点,结合金义都市新区综合管廊工程,阐述地下构筑物防水施工的原则、要点和成品保护措施。并介绍了现浇施工缝、伸缩缝、预留接口的施工质量要求以及水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料、CPS反应粘防水卷材的施工要点。

Preventing groundwater leakage is the key and difficult point of underground engineering construction,this article based on the municipal tunnel project of the JinYi new city to show the principle and main point of waterproof construction of underground structures,and the protection measures of the waterproof construction. And introduced the requirements on construction quality of east-in-situ construction joints,expansion joints and reserve joints, as well as the key construction points of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating,and CPS reaction waterproofing membrane.
