摘要
研究了水泥掺比以及石膏掺量对普通硅酸盐水泥、铝酸盐水泥、石膏体系的水泥基自流平砂浆性能的影响.结果表明,普硅水泥与高铝水泥质量比为12∶18和15∶15时,石膏掺量小于4%时起缓凝作用,4%~8%时起促凝作用;普硅水泥与高铝水泥质量比为18∶12时,石膏掺量小于6%时起缓凝作用,8%起促凝作用.不产生破坏性膨胀的前提下,石膏掺量增加,强度提高.普硅水泥与高铝水泥质量比从12∶18到18∶12时,石膏掺量小于4%时表现为收缩,4%~8%时表现为膨胀.
In this paper,we study the impact of cement content and gypsum dosage on the performance of part of cement- based self leveling mortar in ordinary Portland cement,aluminate cement,gypsum system, respectively. The results show that when the proportion of Portland cement and high alumina cement is 12:18 and 15:15,the content of gypsum less than 4% plays a re- tarding effect,and between 4% and 8% plays a promoting role. Besides,the proportion of Portland cement and high alumina ce- ment is 18:12,the content of gypsum less than 6% plays a retarding effect,and the effect of the 8% is to promote the setting. Un- der the premise of no destructive expansion,the strength increases with the content of gypsum, When the ratio of ordinary Portland cement and high alumina cement changes from 12:18 to 18:12,the dosage of gypsum lean than 4% performances contraction,while 4%-8% performances inflation.
