译者的主体性是戏剧翻译中的重要因素之一,它体现在翻译过程的各个阶段,如原文的理解和阐释、翻译策略以及翻译风格的选择,这些以译者为中心的翻译活动直接影响到译文的效果。通过对比和分析《推销员之死》英若诚和姚克两个版本的译文,以揭示译者主体性对戏剧翻译的原则和策略产生的影响。

Translator＇s subjectivity which is to be exhibited in different steps of drama translation such as the understanding and interpretation of the source context,translation strategies and translation styles is one of the most important factors in drama translation.After a study of two Chinese versions of Death of a Salesman,the author hope to explain the influences which translator＇s subjectivity has on drama translation principles as well as strategies.
