摘要
为了应对市场需求,使混合生产企业对不同产品更好地决策其生产模式,提出产品生产模式决策模型。首先分析企业产品生产模式决策的影响因素,确定产品生产模式决策指标体系,并应用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,FAHP)确定各指标权重,在此基础上构建产品生产模式决策模型。为了确定该模型中最优生产模式,提出改进的消去与选择转换法Ⅱ(Elimination Et Choice Translating RealityⅡ,ELECTREⅡ)的生产模式排序算法,并提出对决策参数进行灵敏度分析的方法。最后,通过实例验证了该方法可以帮助企业决定不同产品采用哪种生产模式最佳,具有一定的可实施性。
In response to market demand, and make the hybrid production enterprise to better decision-making of production models for different products, product production mode decision-making model was proposed. Through analyzing the influence factors of product's production mode decision-making, the product' s production mode decision index system is determined, and using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to determine the index weight. On the basis of this, the product' s production mode decision-making model is constructed. In order to determine the optimal production pattern for the model,the production pattern order algorithm based on improved ELECTREII was proposed, and sensitivity analysis to decision parameter was proposed. Finally, the case shows that this method can help companies to determine which kind of production mode better for products, and it has a certain practical.
