摘要
运用运筹学方法建立了平原地区多水库联合运用情况下供水优化调度的动态规划模型。该模型以多水库从不同水源取水及各水库向城市供水的成本最低为目标函数,以月为计算时段,在各时段内通过计算对比不同取、供水方案的目标函数值,分别选取各阶段最优方案,最终使水库联合供水方案趋近总体最优。采用该模型对江苏省赣榆县平原水库和拟建地下水库的联合运用情况进行了模拟,结果表明,水库联合运用可很大程度上缓解枯水期的供水压力,与水库单一运用相比,不仅可提高城市供水保证率,每年还将节省约370万元的水源成本费用。
A dynamic programming model for the joint use of multiple reservoirs was proposed to optimize the water supply regulation in plain areas .The model sets the water supply cost for water transportation as the target function ,uses different months as the cal-culation stages ,selects the optimal scheme of water taking and supplying schemes in each stage ,and approach the overall minimal water transportation cost by sum the minimal cost at all stages .The model is applied to the joint use of a plain reservoir and a planned underground reservoir in Ganyu County ,Jiangsu Province .The result indicates that the joint use of reservoirs can largely ease pressure on the water supply in dry seasons ,and the joint use of reservoirs not only raises the assurance rate of water supply , but also saves around RMB 3 .7 million yuan annually compared to the use of reservoirs .
