摘要
根据伯努利方程,通过测出矩形渠道动水与静水压力之差可以测出流速,研究并设计了一种压力式流量传感器,并在此基础上设计了一套便携式矩形渠道自动测流装置。该装置根据流速面积法,采用自主研发的压力式流量传感器,整个传感器以具有A/D转换功能的STC12C5A60AD单片机作为主控电路,能够测出多点流速信号,并将其送入上位机进行处理,在上位机上可以输入渠道断面参数,最终在上位机以及二次仪表上直接显示出渠道的流量值,让人们直观地了解到当前明渠的流量,达到自动测流的目的。
According to the Bernoulli Equation ,measuring rectangular channel hydrodynamic and hydrostatic pressure difference can measure velocity .On this basis ,we do research on and design a pressure flow sensor ,a set of portable rectangular channel automatic device .The device adopts independent researching pressure type flow sensor according to velocity area method .The whole device with A/D conversion function of the STC12C5A60AD micro controller as the main control circuit ,can measure multi-point velocity signal , and send it to the host computer for processing .You can input channel parameters in PC ,finally PC and two in the instrument directly show the flow of the channel value ,to let people understand that the current open channel flow and achieve the purpose of automatic flow measurement .
