在役实腹式臂架结构可视裂纹断裂安全分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对在役流动式起重机上实腹式臂架结构的试验研究困难以及相关数据采集的繁琐,建立相对准确的有限元仿真模型,以满足科学研究的需要。由于服役多年流动式起重机的臂架上某些位置出现一些典型形式的可视裂纹,利用Ansys子模型技术建立仿真分析模型,为在役臂架断裂安全状态评估提供基础环境。根据断裂力学相关理论,针对臂架上已有典型可视裂纹进行静力学状态下的安全状态评估,判断其几种典型工况、裂纹典型位置、形式及系列化尺寸下的安全状态,得出裂纹在各种典型裂纹工况下的最危险状态。最终发现,臂架在5种典型作业工况下的不同状态特征。 In view of difficulty in test study on the solid-web jib structure of the in-service mobile crane and complexity in collection of related data,the relatively accurate finite element simulation model is developed to satisfy the need of scientific study. Since some typical visual cracks appear in certain positions of the jib of the mobile crane which is in service for years,the simulated analysis model is developed using Ansys sub-model technology,providing basic environment for evaluation of fracture safety status of the in-service jib. Based on the theory related to fracture mechanics,safety status evaluation is performed for existing typical visual cracks in the jib under the static state,in order to identify several typical conditions,typical crack positions and types,and safety status with serial sizes,resulting in the most critical status of the cracks under various typical conditions,hence to finally find out different state characteristics under five typical working conditions.
