摘要
以起重机变幅机构为研究对象,通过对变幅机构受力特性的分析,建立其3铰点数学模型,选取变幅液压缸受力最大值最小作为优化的目标,运用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化计算,获得了更加合理的3铰点位置,改善了变幅液压缸受力状态和起重机的整体性能。最后运用ADAMS软件建立了优化前后起重机变幅机构虚拟样机模型并进行运动仿真,得出了优化前后液压缸受力曲线并进行对比,验证了优化结果的合理性,为起重机变幅机构参数设计和优化提供了重要依据。
With the crane luffing mechanism as a study object,through analysis of mechanical characteristics of the luffing mechanism,3-hinge point mathematic model is developed. With the least one among the maximum stress values of the luffing hydraulic cylinder as the optimal objective,optimal calculation is performed using Matlab optimization toolbox,to get a proper 3-hinge point position,which can improve the stress state of the luffing hydraulic cylinder and crane overall performance. The virtual prototype models are developed for crane luffing mechanism before and after optimization,to get and compare the stress curves for hydraulic cylinder before and after optimization,which proves reasonability of the optimization result,providing critical basis for parameter design and optimization of the crane luffing mechanism.
