摘要 以流动式起重机为研究对象,从流动式起重机运行安全角度出发,利用物联网技术,结合流动式起重机的具体工况条件及要求,对基于物联网技术的流动式起重机无线远程监控检测系统进行研究。重点研究流动式起重机远程监控检测系统整体结构,详细介绍了监控平台、数据处理平台、传输平台、末端监管平台等,该系统数据采集精度高,传输速率快,可满足流动式起重机实时监管的要求,解决远程监控预警、检验程序繁琐等问题,对流动式起重机的安全运行和事故分析有重要的工程指导意义。 With the mobile crane is a study object,starting from operation security of the mobile crane,the wireless remote monitoring system of the mobile crane is studied based on the Internet of Things technology,considering specific working conditions and requirements of the mobile crane. With emphasis on the overall structure of the remote monitoring system of the mobile crane,the paper details the monitoring platform,data processing platform,transmission platform,terminal supervisory platform,etc. The system provides high precision of data acquisition and rapid transmission speed,which can meet the requirement of real-time supervision for the mobile crane and make it less complicated in remote monitoring warning and testing process,etc.,providing important engineering guidance for safety operation and accident analysis of the mobile crane.
