摘要
采用理论计算及应力测试试验方法分析门式起重机金属结构的载荷响应,建立门式起重机动力学模型,利用Matlab对其动力学微分方程组进行求解,通过应力测试获取结构实际的载荷响应,验证理论模型计算结果的正确性,并分析门式起重机主要参数对起升冲击系数的影响。
The theoretic calculation and stress testing method are used to analyze load response of the metal structure of the gantry crane,dynamic model is developed for the gantry crane,the dynamic differential equation is solved in Matlab,the actual load response is obtained through the stress test,correctness of calculation result of the theoretic model is verified,and the effect of major parameters on the lifting impact coefficient is analyzed for the gantry crane.
