摘要
为了找出一起干熄焦提升机电机炸裂、焦罐坠地的事故原因,对提升机的机械零部件、配套件以及电气系统主传动部件和相关的元器件进行了全面的分析,调取了提升机中控室的部分视频录像资料,通过逐步排查、推测、求证及验证,得出这是一起因变频器软件缺陷引发的恶性事故。对变频器制造商及使用者都有一定的借鉴作用。
To find out the accident cause of bursting of motor of CDG lift and falling of coke can,comprehensive analysis is performed for mechanical parts of the lift,supporting part,and transmission part of electrical system,and related components and parts by gathering some video data in the central control room of the lift. It＇s found through trouble shooting,conjecture,confirmation,and verification that this is a vicious accident caused by defect of transducer software,indicating certain reference value for transducer manufacturers and users.
