基于宜昌地域特征的“新中式”建筑设计探究——以宜昌鑫鼎生物科技园为例

Research on the Regional Design of New-Chinese Style:Taking Yichang Xingding Biological Science&Technology Park Project for Example

宜昌地区新中式风格的建筑形式在不断涌现,其建筑风格已经逐渐被大众所认可。而基于宜昌地域文化特征的新中式建筑设计理论探讨还明显滞后,该文以宜昌市鑫鼎生物科技园设计实践为例,提炼出"轴线运用—院落式空间围合—园林式景观布局—传统建筑细部元素及色彩的运用与表达"的设计思路,以此探索具有宜昌地域文化特征的新中式建筑设计理论及方法。

In Yichang, there are many new Chinese style houses. The architectural style has been accepted by the public, But the new Chinese style design of regional culture has lagged. Taking Yichang Xingding Biological science＆Technology Park project for example, we research the new Chinese style design in Yichang, and study design approach of ＂the practices of the axis wire-enclosing layout of courtyard-landscape planning-design of traditional architectural detail elements and color＂, so as to explore the new Chinese style architectural design theory and method with yichang regional cultural characteristics.
