多维度城市更新——基于宜宾五粮液大道旧城更新的规划实践

Multiple Urban Renewal: A Case of the Planning Practice of Yibin Wuliangye Blocks

当前,在一张白纸上展开的规划项目越来越少,规划师更多地需要面对建成区的局部更新使之适应我们对城市不断升级的需求。城市更新不是建筑品质或空间形态的单方面更新,而是综合了城市发展相关的众多影响因素的多维度城市更新。该文介绍了城市更新的内容、基本手段、国内外发展过程,提出产业提升、人口导入、功能复合、交通组织、文化植入、空间营造、风貌控制、经济测算等于城市更新相关的八项维度,并结合案例介绍了各更新维度的具体内容和城市更新方法。

Currently, planners are dealing with more and more urban renewal projects in constructed urban area instead of undeveloped area to fit people＇s developing requirements. Urban renewal relates to not only building qualities and space forms but also other factors, so we call it multiple urban renewal. In this paper, we discuss the concept, method, urban renewal of domestic and overseas. Then we propose eight related factors in details as industrial upgrade, population, mixed land-use, transportation organization, urban context, space creation, building style control and investment estimation, and also talk about planning methods via case study.
