摘要
图书馆联盟协同创新是推进图书馆创新战略的重要内容,是整合图书馆联盟各方核心资源、提升联盟成员综合能力的重要途径,也是发掘图书馆联盟内部创新潜力、打造现代创新机制的重要举措。文章在分析图书馆联盟协同创新具体内涵和定义的基础上,按照图书馆联盟内部组织方式和管理模式,将图书馆联盟协同创新分为五种组织模式,对每一种模式进行了深入分析,并提出组织模式选择的主要方法和基本原则。
Library consortia synergetic innovation is an important content of library innovation strategy to integrate all resources, to promote synthetic ability of consortia members, to develop internal innovation ability and to implement mechanism of library consortia. Based on analyzing the connotation and characteristics of library consortia synergetic innovation, according to its organization level and different compactness, this article trying to divide it into five organizational models, including project type, construction type, solid type, alliance type and virtual type. Then combines with the case analysis, discusses the definition, connotation, forms, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of each organization model. Meanwhile, several basic principles that the model selection we should hold are out forward.
