摘要
综合考虑高速柔韧体摩擦传动的离心惯性力和切向惯性力,建立惯性坐标系下的力学模型,利用达朗贝尔原理得出高速柔韧体摩擦传动的欧拉公式修正式,进而得出考虑综合惯性应力时的高速柔韧体摩擦传动的柔韧体应力计算公式,供工程技术人员设计时应用,并指出紧松边的应力差为2(ρv^2+ε_1/μρR_1~2)th((μα_1)/2),这恰是综合惯性应力的2倍.
By considering centrifugal inertia force and tangential inertia force of high speed flexible body friction drive,the mechanics model of inertial coordinate system is established.The modified Euler formula of high speed flexible body friction drive is obtained by using Darren Bell principle,and the formula for calculating the flexible body stress of high speed flexible body friction drive considering the inertia stress is obtained,which can be provided at design time for engineering technical personnel.And the authors point out that the stress difference between the tight and loose is 2(ρv^2+ε1/μρR1~2)th((μα1)/2),this is exactly 2 times of the inertia stress.
