艾盐包热熨治疗伊立替康化疗所致腹泻疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Hot Application with Moxa-salt Pack for Diarrhea Due to Chemotherapy with Irinotecan

目的观察艾盐包神阙穴热熨治疗伊立替康化疗所致腹泻的效果。方法将化疗所致的腹泻患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均口服盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊,在此基础上治疗组采用艾盐包神阙穴热熨30 min。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组起效时间为(1.7±1.8)min,对照组为(15.6±4.2)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论艾盐包神阙穴热熨配合盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗伊立替康化疗所致腹泻总有效率优于单独盐酸洛哌丁胺胶囊治疗,且起效迅速。

Objective To observe the efficacy of hot application with moxa-salt pack in treating diarrhea due to chemotherapy with Irinotecan. Method Patients with chemotherapy-induced diarrhea were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases, both intervened by oral administration of Loperamide hydrochloride capsules, while the treatment group was additionally given moxa-salt pack for hot application at Shenque（CV8） for 30 min. Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 76.7% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the average time taken for action was（1.7±1.8）min in the treatment group versus（15.6±4.2）min in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hot application with moxa-salt pack at Shenque plus Loperamide hydrochloride capsules can produce a significantly higher total effective rate than Loperamide hydrochloride capsules alone in treating Irinotecan-induced diarrhea, and it acts more rapidly.
