“互联网+”视角下曲靖农村电子商务发展策略

Strategy for Rural E- commerce Development in Qujing Under the “Internet + ”

曲靖发展农村电子商务拥有农村人口数量大、高原农业基础好、地方特产丰富、电子商务第三方平台日趋完善等优势,但也存在利用电子商务发展农村经济的意识淡薄、互联网普及率低、互联网及电子商务人才匮乏、物流基础差等劣势;为此,应根据曲靖的实际情况,通过提高农村人口的电子商务意识、做好农村电子商务发展规划、多渠道引进培养农村电子商务人才、加强物流基础设施建设、与第三方平台公司合作等措施,促进曲靖电子商务的健康有序发展。

There are some advantages for the development of rural e - commerce in Qujing, namely, the large rural population, good highland agricultural base, abundant local products and gradually maturing third - party E - commerce platform. However, there are also some disadvantages, namely, lack of awareness of using E -commeree to develop rural economy, low Internet penetration rate, short of Internet and E - commerce talents and poor logistics infrastructure. According to the actual situation in Qujing, this paper proposed the following strategies to develop E - commerce： improving the rural population＇s awareness of E - commerce, making the developing planning for rural E - commerce development, introducing and training rural E- commerce talents through multi -channels, strengthening the logistics infrastructure and cooperating with the third -party E -commerce platform.
