人口较少民族聚居地区农村社会救助现状分析——以云南省贡山县为例

Analysis of Current Rural Social Succor in the Regions of Ethnic Groups with Small Population

通过对贡山县的调查研究,课题组发现当前人口较少民族聚居地区的农村社会救助工作成效显著,但同时也存在着低保人口比例过高、与城市社会救助差距过大等问题。课题组认为地方政府应该大力发展特色产业来帮助当地农民增收,从而减轻农村社会救助的资金压力;与此同时,还要通过加快当地城镇化建设来缩小城乡社会救助的差距。

The investigation in Gongshan county showed that the present rural social succor in the regions of ethnic groups with small population has achieved remarkable success. There are also problems for the social succor like high proportion of the people with lowest life guarantee and wide gap between urban and rural social succor. The investigation proposed that the local government should devote major efforts to developing characteristic industries in order to help the local peasants to increase their income, thus to relieve the capital stress of rural social succor. The local government should narrow the gap between urban and rural social succor through quickening the urbanization construction.
