资源约束下农村文化广场体育的开展研究

On the Sports Items of Rural Culture Squares under Resource Constraints

以闽西美丽乡村文化广场体育活动的开展状况为研究对象,运用文献资料法、实地调研法、访谈法和数理统计法等,探析了农村文化广场体育的内涵及其开展的资源要素,结合当前闽西美丽乡村农村文化广场体育开展面临的资源约束困境,提出了资源约束下农村文化广场体育可持续开展的对策建议,即拓宽筹资渠道,重视体育场地设施的建设与管理;弘扬志愿精神,壮大农村体育健身服务人才队伍;培育和发展社会体育组织,规范组织参与引导大众健身;重视广场功能的发挥,引导大众参与健身等,其目的旨在化解开展中的资源约束困境,促进农村群众体育的发展,推进美丽乡村建设及和谐新农村的建成。

By mans of referring to relative documents,investigating at the spot,consulting and analyzing mathematical statistics,etc.,this paper studies the sports items of rural culture squares in Minxi Beautiful Rural Villages and analyzes the sports items＇ connotation and resource elements.Combining the resource constraints,it also put forwards the countermeasures of the continuous development：to broaden the funding ways,to emphasize the construction and management of the sports facilities,to enlarge the sports team of personnel for fitness service by promoting volunteer spirits,to cultivate and develop social sports organizations,to normalize organizations＇ participation in mass sports,to develop the squares,and to guide the public in sports,so as to solve the difficult situation of resource constraint,to develop the mass sports in rural area and to construct harmonious new villages.
