摘要
运用文献资料法,分析2007年版和2014年版《国家学生体质健康标准》在指标结构、评价方法、评分标准等方面的不同。结果显示,2014年版《标准》增加了评价指标,取消了选测项目,运动技能指标减少,指标结构更加简单;对总分进行了调整,由标准分和附加分构成;形态指标改为体重指数(BMI)方法评价,身体素质指标及格要求总体下降;取消了耐力跑不及格则总分不及格的规定。2014年版《标准》应进一步加强过程性评价,取消总分不及格与毕业、升学挂钩的规定,降低引体向上标准,提高形态指标评分要求,划分等级增加,以使《标准》更加完善。
Using the documentation to analyze the differences of index structure,estimation method and marking criterion between National Students Constitutional Health Criterion 2007 version and the 2014 version.The result has shown that the Standard in 2014 version adds the estimation index,cancels the test prqject decrease the motor skill index and makes the index structure more simple;it adjusts the total score made up in standard score and extra point;it changes the morphological index to body mass index method to estimate,and the requirement of passing the physical quality index has declined in general;and it cancels the rule that if you failed to pass the endurance running you would be failed in the total score.The Standard in 2014 version should strengthen the procedural evaluation,cancel the relations between failing in the total score and graduation,further education,low down the standard of pull- up,improve the requirement of morphological index marking,and increase the divided grade to make the New standard more perfect
