摘要 优势视角强调案主的优势和资源,着力培育案主的抗逆力。对于少数民族学生而言,挑战性的学习任务既激发了少数学生的学习抗逆力,也造成了多数学生的学业不良及其他"问题"行为,他们并非是"问题学生"而为优势与资源有待挖掘的学生。我们应从微观、中观、宏观三个层面,挖掘他们的优势与资源,着力培育其学习抗逆力,以帮助他们战胜学习逆境,成长为合格人才。 The Advantage Perspective emphasizes the Clients advantages and resources,and concentrates on cultivating their resilience.Facing challenges of learning task,very few ethnic minority students obtain excellent academic achievements,but most of students fall into the crisis of academic failure and all sorts of problem behaviors.They are students of advantages and resources underdeveloped but not problem student.We should mining and use their advantages and resources,and cultivate their study resilience from micro aspect,middleaspectand macroaspect,so as to help them to overcome adversity,and grow into qualified talents.
