Modularization and Serialization Design Method of Yaw Planetary Reducer

摘要 引入模块化、系列化思想研究风电传动系统中的偏航减速器的设计方法,提出了NGW型复合NGWN(Ⅰ)型构型方案,形成系列化的行星齿轮传动基本模块。增强偏航减速器间的零部件的重用性和互换性。根据模块化设计方法定义,划分偏航减速器行星传动机构为NGW型和NGWN(Ⅰ)型两种行星模块;建立两种行星模块优化配齿模型,形成类型、功能相同传动比不同的行星模块,其中NGW型行星模块28种,NGWN(Ⅰ)型行星模块9种;由系列化设计方法定义,给定标准系列模数,形成齿轮模块系列;最后根据设计的行星模块建立风电偏航减速器快速设计流程,为风电传动系统中的偏航减速器的设计提供参考。 The modularization and serialization design idea is introduced into the method to research the design method of yaw reducer of wind power transmission system,a new configuration programs- NGW compound NGWN( Ⅰ) is proposed,serialization basic planetary gear transmission modules are formed,the parts reusability and interchangeability of yawing reducer are enhanced. According to the definition of modular design approach,the yawing reducer planetary transmission mechanism is divided into NGW type and NGWN( Ⅰ)type two planetary modules. The tooth number optimization model is built for both modules respectively,the same type and function but different transmission ratio planetary planets modules are formed,there are 28 species NGW modules and 9 species NGWN( Ⅰ) modules. By the definition of serialization design method,the standard series modulus are given,the gear module series are formed. Finally,the wind power yaw reducer rapid design process is established based on planetary modules. The reference to design yaw planetary reducer in wind power transmission system is provided.
