基于均匀设计理论的桥壳一体式大承载电磁离合器优化设计

Optimization Design of Integrated Axle Housing Electromagnetic Clutch with Heavy Load based on Uniform Design Theory

摘要 为了解决新型大承载桥壳一体式电磁离合器传动效率低、转动惯量大等问题,将桥壳一体式电磁离合器作为研究对象,结合均匀设计理论与回归分析法对桥壳一体式电磁离合器结构参数进行优化设计,最后对优化后的电磁离合器进行台架试验验证。研究表明,优化后的桥壳一体式电磁离合器输入轴转速初始值与稳定值差值相对较小,且接合时间相对优化前电磁离合器明显缩短,此外优化设计后新型电磁离合器摩擦盘与对偶钢盘之间作用力明显降低,能够有效提高离合器结构的稳定性。 In order to solve the problems of low transmission efficiency,large moment inertia of new type integrated axle housing electromagnetic clutch with heavy load,the integrated axle housing electromagnetic clutch is regarded as the research object,the uniform design theory and regression analysis are used to completed the optimization design on the structure parameters of the integrated axle housing electromagnetic clutch,finally,the electromagnetic clutch optimized is verified by bench test method. The results show that the optimization of integrated axle housing electromagnetic clutch input shaft speed between the initial value and stable value difference is relatively small,and the engagement time significantly shorter than no optimization of electromagnetic clutch. In addition,the optimized model of electromagnetic clutch force between the disc and friction plate is decreased significantly,which can effectively improve the structural stability of clutch.
