摘要
结合同步器的工作过程和理论公式,以缩短同步时间为目标,研究了各参数换挡同步时间的影响并对参数进行优化,运用ADAMS和Pro/E建立精确锁环式同步器虚拟样机模型,对模型进行仿真分析。并通过试验验证参数优化和仿真结果的可靠性,将优化后的模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析。为同步器的设计提供参考依据。
Combined with the working process of the synchronizer and theoretical formula,to shorten the synchronization time as the goal,the parameters influence on shift and shift synchronization time are studied and the parameters are optimized. By using the ADAMS and Pro / E,the virtual prototype model of accurate lock ring synchronizer is built and the simulation analysis of the model is carried out. The reliability of the result of simulation and optimization is verified by experiments. The optimized model is import into ANSYS workbench for finite element structure analysis and check. The reference basis for the design of synchronizer is provided.
