摘要
液力缓速器是矿用自卸车重要的辅助制动机构,对整车制动力分配及制动性能具有重要影响。以DFD30T矿用自卸车液力缓速器制动性能为研究对象,利用仿真软件AMESim搭建了缓速器制动整体模型,并在不同工况下对缓速器进行分析,对仿真结果进行对比分析,深入研究了液力缓速系统的制动性能。通过缓速器制动与行车制动的匹配性研究及联合制动仿真分析,可以看出液力缓速器的使用对前后轮制动力分配、整车制动性能及行驶的安全性等具有一定优势。
The hydrodynamic retarder is one of the important auxiliary braking system in mining dump truck,which has an important influence on the braking force distribution and braking performance of the vehicle. Taking the braking performance of the hydraulic retarder in DFD30 T mining dump truck as the study object. By using the simulation software AMESim,the brake whole model is built,and a retarder under different conditions are analyzed,the result of simulation is compared and analyzed,the further research of the hydraulic retarder braking performance of the system is carried out. Through studying the matching of retarder brake and service brake and simulation analysis of joint braking,it can be seen that the use of hydraulic retarder of brake force distribution,automobile braking performance,driving safety have certain superiority.
