摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT尿路成像技术(MSCTU)在泌尿系统疾病中的应用价值。方法整理2010年10月—2015年5月临床资料完整的95例泌尿系统疾病,行多层螺旋CT平扫及增强,获得平扫、动脉期、实质期、排泄期图像,将原始资料传至工作站中进行后处理,获得MPR、CPR、MIP和VR图像。结果泌尿系结石31例、膀胱病变25例、输尿管病变14例、肾盂旁囊肿及肾盂源囊肿9例、先天性发育异常12例,其他肿瘤性病变7例。95例患者CTU三维重建图像均可清晰显示肾脏、输尿管及膀胱大小、形态、位置,高密度结石影及泌尿系肿瘤的软组织肿块,管壁增厚与管腔狭窄情况。结论 CTU技术具有扫描速度快、重建功能强大、后处理图像清晰等优越性,能提高双肾、输尿管及膀胱病变诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT urography(MSCTU)in diagnostic of urinary tract diseases.Methods Ninety-five patients with urinary tract diseases who presented complete clinical data over the 5 years were reviewed both CT plain scan and double-phase enhanced scan.The primary data was transmitted to the workstation to get the multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP),curved planar reconstruction(CPR)and volume rendering(VR)images.Results CT plain scan found that pelviureteric stone was in 31 cases,bladder disease in 25 cases,ureter disease in 14 cases,parapelvic system in 7 cases,pyelogenic system in 2 cases,urinary system congenital dysplasia in 12 cases,renal tumors in 7 cases,respectively.3D reconstruction of CTU in 95 patients could clearly show the size,shape,location of bladder and density of the kidney,ureter and hyperdense stone,soft tissue mass of tumors,wall thickening and lumen stenosis of urinary system.Conclusion CTU has obvious advantages in fast-scanning,powerful reconstructing and clear post-processing images,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of the kidney,ureter and bladder lesions.
