纤维支气管镜在治疗肺部感染中的临床应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION OF FIBER BRONCHOSCOPY IN THE TREATMENT OF PULMONARY INFECTION

目的通过观察经纤维支气管镜行支气管肺泡吸入、灌洗加抗感染治疗肺部感染者治疗结果,以确定纤维支气管镜在肺部感染治疗过程中的疗效。方法选取该院就诊的96例肺部感染患者随机分为纤维支气管镜组、抗感染治疗组,每组各48例,其中观察组(48例)根据药敏机制及相关菌种选用抗生素联合纤维支气管镜进行治疗;对照组(48例)单用抗生素进行对症治疗,观察其疗效。结果观察组48例中36例痊愈,8例患者得到改善,总有效率达91.67%,治愈时间平均为11d,明显高于对照组,二组结果比较差异有统计学意义。结论在抗生素联合纤维支气管镜在肺部感染治疗,可明显提高肺部感染患者的恢复程度,并缩短恢复时间,是针对肺部感染的安全、有效的治疗方式。

Objective To determine the efficacy of the treatment of pulmonary infection in the treatment of pulmonary infection by observing the treatment of pulmonary infection by observing the treatment of pulmonary infection by the treatment of the patients with pulmonary infection.Methods Totally 96 cases of pulmonary infection in author＇s hospital were randomly divided into treatment group,anti-infection treatment group,48 cases in each group,the observation group（48 cases）were treated with the drug sensitivity mechanism and the related strains,while the control group（48 cases）treated with antibiotics alone.Results In the observation group,48 cases were cured,8 cases were cured,36 cases improved,the total effective rate was 91.67%,the average healing time was 11 days,significantly higher than the control group,the two groups were significantly different.Conclusions In the treatment of pulmonary infection in the treatment of antibiotic combined with fiber bronchoscopy,it can significantly improve the recovery of patients with pulmonary infection,and shorten the recovery time,is the safe and effective treatment for pulmonary infection
