2013-2015年重庆市永川区居民食盐碘含量监测分析

摘要 目的了解重庆市永川区2013—2015年碘盐食用质量,及时掌握居民碘盐普及情况,为适时采取针对性防治措施和调整干预策略提供科学依据。方法在重庆市永川区境内按东、西、南、北、中划分5个抽样片区进行随机抽样,盐样碘含量按GB/T3025.7-2012检测。结果共监测900份盐样,碘含量均数为27.9mg/kg,各年份间碘含量比较,差异无统计学意义(F=2.00,P〉0.05)。碘盐覆盖率100%,碘盐合格率为92.7%,合格碘盐食用率为92.7%。各年合格碘盐食用率在91.7%~93.3%之间波动,均高于国家合格碘盐食用率标准(〉90%),各年份间合格碘盐食用率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.54,P〉0.05)。结论重庆市永川区居民碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率达到了消除碘缺乏病的目标要求。 Objective To understand the quality of iodized salt of Yongchuan district to provide scientific evidence for eliminating iodine deficiency disease.Methods Investigated five random sampling areas of Yongchuan district,which included east,west,north,south,middle region.Iodine content of salt samples were detected by GB/T3025.7-1999.Results Totally 900 samples of edible salts had been examined from2013 to 2015 and the mean iodine content was 27.9mg/kg,there was no significant different for the iodine content(F=2.00,P〉0.05)among different years.Coverage rate of iodized salt,rate of qualified iodized salt,taking rate of qualified iodized salt was 100%,92.7%,92.7%,respectively.The taking rate of qualified iodized salt for each year fluctuated between 91.7~93.3%,and were all higher than the national standard taking rate of qualified iodized salt(〉90%),there was no significant different for taking rate of qualified iodized salt(χ2=0.54,P〉0.05)among different years.Conclusion The coverage rate of iodized salt and taking rate of qualified iodized salt of the residents in Yongchuan district have attained to the criterion of eliminating iodine deficiency disease.
