摘要
贫困地区属于偏远、贫穷之地,经济文化发展滞后,贫困县级医院基础设施不完善,护理人员整体素质不高、参差不齐,护理健康教育在贫困县级医院中开展具有其区域性的特点和难点。本文从护士、管理、患者方面综合分析贫困县级医院护理健康教育滞后的原因,并提出相应的对策。
Nursing health education in county hospitals has regional features and difficulties,including the remote and poor of the poverty areas,limited economic and cultural development,county-level hospitals with poor infrastructure,and low and uneven level of the nursing personnel＇s overall quality.In this paper,we conducted the comprehensive analysis of the reasons of low level of nursing health education from the nurses,patient management and patients and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
